Today we are going to go over the basics for any business, Qualities That Assure Success and the importance of never giving up on your dreams.

1. The role of business is to organize and coordinate the factors of production to produce the goods and services that people want at prices they are willing and able to pay.
2. We must find out the wants, needs and desires of the customers as they are what determines the direction of business activity. The person that satisfy the customers the best is going to be the one that grows and has the most success.
- So what are the wants, needs and desires of your customers?
3. Customers always want the very most for the very least. They will abandon a supplier or vendor whenever they feel they can be served better somewhere else.
Customers always make rational decisions, they are always right. They patronize those that serve them best.
We must always be looking for new, better, faster, cheaper ways to serve our customers.
4. There are always business opportunities for those who are willing to:
A) Lower their demands (prices or wages)
B) Restructure their offerings (offer new products or services) Think about what your offering now and think about what else goes with what your offering. Ex. If your a personal trainer you could also offer health products, exercise equipment or gym memberships. Get creative you can also do join ventures where you team up with other companies that offer products or services that go with what you are currently offering. Again if you were a personal trainer you could go to your local gym's and let them know you can get them more customers for free but they will have to pay you if the customers you bring them get a membership and see if they will also give those customers a special for joining like a 7 day free pass or first month free or some kind of discount off the membership.
5. The purpose of a business is to create a customer.
Profits are the result of creating enough customers and serving them satisfactorily at prices above total costs of production and distribution.
6. The key to business success has always been: 'Find A Need And Fill It"

7. Your success will always be determined by:
A) What you do;
B) The demand for your product or service;
C) The difficulty of replacing you or your company
You will always be rewarded in direct proportion to the value of your service to others! In other words if you serve your customers better than anyone else can and go above and beyond what is expected you will be very successful!
8. If you wish to earn more, you must find a way to increase the value of your services to others.
The Law of Laws is the Law of Compensation, the Law of Sowing and Reaping. This means you must give in order to receive.
9. The market only pays superior rewards for superior goods and services; and average rewards for average goods and services.
- So how can you make your products or services superior?
- What can you offer your customers that nobody else can?
Business success comes from developing excellence in a particular, market related area.
People who are successful are those that make a habit of doing what failures don't like to do.
The key to success is self- discipline, doing what is necessary to achieve your goals.
Qualities That Assure Success
1. You must know exactly what it is you want. (You must have goals! If you don't know exactly where your going how are you ever going to get there?)
2. You must determine the price that you will have to pay and then resolve to pay that price.
Everything worthwhile has a price that must be paid in advance. There is no such thing as something for nothing.
3. You must accept 100% responsibility for your life and everything you are or will ever be.
"If it's to be it's up to me!"
4. You must make a total commitment to your success. Burn your bridges; never think of
turning back
5. You must be willing to go the extra mile and do more than your paid for.
6.You must use your time well, every minute, every hour, everyday. You can never get that minute back again make the most of it. If it's not helping improve your life then stop doing it and do something that will.
"Think about your success every chance you get; visualize yourself already being successful; you will always move toward the realization of your dominate thoughts."
7. Back your plans with determination and persistence and resolve in advance that you will never give up.

Never give up you might find 10,000 ways not to do something but on 10,001 you will get it and when you do all your dreams will come true!
